Main Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our activities in assigned markets. Your main tasks will include:

  • Commercial management and development: maintaining and nurturing the existing client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities in your markets.
  • Market analysis: gathering strategic information on trends and competition within your assigned regions.
  • Internal team coordination: working closely with the Marketing and R&D departments to adapt and promote our product offerings according to local needs and specificities.
  • Sales strategy: designing and implementing tailored strategies for each market to maximize sales and enhance our presence.
  • Travel organization: approximately 40% of the time will be dedicated to business travel, around 100 days per year, in the following regions:
  • Europe: Spain, Portugal
  • Latin America & Caribbean
  • Africa: Egypt, Maghreb
  • Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Iran

Profile Sought:

  • Education: degree from a business school or in international business
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar position (international client portfolio management and B2B business development)
  • Languages: fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; French is an asset
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an analytical mindset and the ability to develop market strategies
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in project follow-up
  • Proficient with numbers and strong synthesis skills for interpreting commercial data
