Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day organization of car deliveries.
- Liaising with leasing and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxemburg and Netherlands about ongoing queries.
- Register and follow up on repair issues.
- Coordinating car park and fleet readiness.
- Assistance to customer support if necessary.
- All administrative tasks concerning vehicle pick ups ( CMR, Plates, Vehicle registration, …)
- Face to face contact with Drivers for vehicle pick up/deliveries
Requirements:
- You have more than 1 year of working experience
- Experience in Logistics or Operations
- Experience in handling CMR’s or pick-up with plates
- Strong organizational skills
- Very efficient and independent problem solver
- Good understanding of claims handling
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Energetic, innovative, enjoys new challenges
- Ready to work in shifts : 08:00 to 16:00 and 09:00 to 17:00
- You are fluent in English, Portuguese and French or other languages such as Dutch, Spanish are a plus.
