Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day organization of car deliveries.
  • Liaising with leasing and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxemburg and Netherlands about ongoing queries.
  • Register and follow up on repair issues.
  • Coordinating car park and fleet readiness.
  • Assistance to customer support if necessary.
  • All administrative tasks concerning vehicle pick ups ( CMR, Plates, Vehicle registration, …)
  • Face to face contact with Drivers for vehicle pick up/deliveries

Requirements:

  • You have more than 1 year of working experience
  • Experience in Logistics or Operations
  • Experience in handling CMR’s or pick-up with plates
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very efficient and independent problem solver
  • Good understanding of claims handling
  • High sense of responsibility and punctuality
  • Energetic, innovative, enjoys new challenges
  • Ready to work in shifts : 08:00 to 16:00 and 09:00 to 17:00
  • You are fluent in English, Portuguese and French or other languages such as Dutch, Spanish are a plus.
