To continue delivering top-notch service and a great experience to our customers, we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house and kitchen teams during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues with professionalism
• Train, support, and develop team members to maintain high service standard
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety regulations
• Work closely with management to improve operational performance and guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality or food service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for Mexican cuisine and delivering outstanding service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French or Spanish is a plus!)
• Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
• Passion for operational excellence
