You will guide clients, individuals and groups, through their initial application and ensure the smooth administrative handling of their insurance policies. You will be part of the Policy Administration team within the Operations department and work in accordance with internal guidelines and processes.

As we are providing our services in English, German, Spanish, French and Dutch, you will be part of an international and multilingual team.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Client Services/ Administration preferably in the insurance sector
  • Able to clearly and comprehensively outline complex issues both verbally and in writing
  • Strong client service focus
  • Be able to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage own work efficiently
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment and to respect the external and internal guidelines
  • Outstanding communication skills, proactive and solution oriented
  • Ability to maintain performance and positive relationships in stressful situations
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
  • Good command of MS office products
  • Fluent English and Spanish – any other language would be an asset (French /Dutch/German)
