Restaurant & Bar Manager

Job Summary

• Supervise the smooth running of events, ensuring impeccable service and attention to detail.
• Lead and motivate the team, providing advice and support when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure the harmonious coordination of the catering service.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness in all areas.
• Act as a liaison between the team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including menu selection, room setup and décor layout.
• Adhere to the hotel’s standards of excellence in hospitality and customer service at all times.

Candidate profile:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Specific knowledge of gastronomy and events.
• Fluency in English or French (bilingual fluency highly desirable) and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Formal training in hospitality, tourism or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
